The Verde Bag™ was created by Gina Sample of Sample Design as a stylish alternative to the plastic grocery bag. After years of using her own reusable bags, Gina couldn’t find a cloth bag that was big enough and stylish at the same time. With the help of her mother, a professional seamstress, Gina began designing her own. All the bags are designed with striking patterns, making “bring your own bag” fun and fashionable. The Verde Bag expanded it’s product line to include reusable lunch bags, gift wrapping cloths, fabric gift bags and wine bags.

The Verde Bag is a member of the Surfrider Foundation and Green America.

Environmental Commitment:  Since 2006, Sample Design’s studio has been powered by solar photovoltaics. We reduce paper usage by using electronic methods for communication. We reuse paper, shipping boxes and stuffing materials. We recycle everything we can and participate in our local curbside and electronic recycling programs. We choose commercial printers who utilizes eco-friendly printing methods that use 100% recycled paper and only water based coatings and soy and vegetable inks.
